Time-Limited Returns (30 Days)

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returned products must be brand new, unused, and include all original tags and labels.

Accepted Return Reasons

  • Incorrect item shipped: wrong size, color, style, or a different product than ordered.
  • Defective or damaged item: manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
  • Item not as described: the product doesn’t match the description on our website or marketing materials. Please review the item details before ordering to avoid mismatch.

No-Return Resolution (Select Cases): To save you time and shipping costs, we may resolve certain issues without requiring a physical return after you provide clear photos and details via our Return Form.

Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window.
  • Change of mind / discretionary returns.
  • Customer ordered the wrong size or color (please consult our size chart before ordering).
  • Items damaged due to customer handling or use.
  • Orders delivered within the stated time frame.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale, non-returnable).

How to Start a Return

  1. Fill out our Return Form or email us at support@tartanvibesclothing.com.
  2. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Do not send items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Unless the issue is our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval and process your refund.

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
  • Credit card: up to 10 business days (processing times vary by bank).

Limitation: the warranty policy applies only once per order.

Exchanges

Once your returned item is received, we’ll contact you to confirm the item you’d like to exchange for.

If the exchange is not due to our error, we may offer a special deal so you can conveniently reorder the correct item. Contact us for details.
