- The $100 USD threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts or coupons, and does not include shipping fees, taxes, or import duties.
- The offer covers the Economy Shipping fee only. If you choose Standard or Expedited Shipping, the regular rate for that method applies in full.
- Remote area surcharges, address verification requirements, customs duties, and import taxes are not covered by this offer.
- One free shipping benefit applies per order, and orders cannot be split across multiple delivery addresses.
- If items are returned or cancelled and the remaining order value falls below $100 USD, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Reach a merchandise subtotal of $100 USD or more and select Economy Shipping at checkout. The fee is waived automatically, and no discount code is needed. The subtotal is calculated after discounts and does not include shipping, taxes, or duties.
Why is free shipping not showing for my address?
Free shipping applies to Economy Shipping only, and a few destinations are served by DHL or other carrier-specific services instead. These include Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, several Pacific island nations, and remote areas of Australia. If Economy Shipping is not listed at checkout, the offer is not available for that address.
Can I use free shipping and then upgrade to a faster method?
You can choose any method you like, but the offer covers the Economy Shipping fee only. Standard and Expedited Shipping are charged at their regular rates.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes. We proudly provide global shipping services, including economy shipping for international orders when available. Please note that certain international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses. However, we do accept deliveries to PO Boxes. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping is not available for PO Box deliveries.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days from the date of placement, please contact our Customer Service team. We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund when eligible.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not currently offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders if you need items delivered to different addresses.
