All orders shipped to the EU, United Kingdom, and Canada by DHL Express are subject to import taxes and duties. These taxes and duties are determined by the customs authorities in the country of destination and are payable by the recipient.

Are There Any Shipping Restrictions?
We regret to inform you that we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses. However, we do accept deliveries to PO Boxes. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping is not available for PO Box deliveries. -
What If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days from the date of placement, please contact our Customer Service team. Rest assured, we will promptly offer either a refund or a replacement. -
